Any objects that are not confirmed due to an insufficient observation arc or a false-positive detection will have its observations archived in the MPC’s Isolated Tracklet File of unconfirmed minor planet candidates.
NEOTK工具可以查找ITF中未与已知小行星相关联，但属于该已知小行星的tracklets。将这些tracklet上报后能够降低该小行星的参数U(Uncertainty parameter)，从而加速获取小行星永久编号的进程。
软件下载NEOTK可在该网站下载。另外，该软件的运行依赖Find_Orb软件与ITF文件。
